Reporting to the Managing Director, the Launch Director (LD) is responsible for prospecting and lead communication efforts for the growth of BNI Canada regions. The role of the Launch Director (LD) is critical to the growth and success of the BNI Region. We are looking for Director Consultants with coaching and growth mindset to lead communication efforts and provide support for Managing Directors and Members within BNI regions. Reporting to the Managing Director, a Director Consultant should be professional, polite, attentive and detail oriented. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly, comfortable with having difficult conversations, and excel at coaching others.
